Spring Event Registration

Terms and condition:

• Subject to change without notice.
• In the event of inclement weather, a suitable alternative date will be chosen. Prepaid fees will be carried as credit for the alternative date, but no refunds.
• Right of admission reserved. Identities will be verified at the entrance gate.
• Limited to the first 150 guests
• BYOB and coolers are welcome, but you have to pay corkage fees in cash on all liquor brought onto the premises to gain entry.
• BYO camping chairs and towels, but not your own food.
• Braai packs and meat platters with side dishes will be available - prices will vary.
• A cash bar will be open until 2am on Sunday morning.
• Camping is allowed in designated areas. You will have to pay a R500 cash deposit that we keep for any damage you cause or rubbish you leave behind,
• For the safety and protection of all, all guests are required to either preregister and pay the event fee via EFT, or register and pay the event fee plus R250  per person at the gate. (Obviously we encourage preregistration and EFT payment).
• By registering, you agree to the Event Conditions below and authorize us to contact those you have given as reference to vouch for you if need be.
• You enter and remain on the premises at your own risk.
• Pool and bar area surfaces may be slippery when wet.
• Camping near the lodge in designated area only.
• No open fires allowed except for in designated areas.
• Pre-register and pay R200 per person until 15 August 2024
• Pre-register and pay R250 per person until 31 August 2024
• Pre-register and pay R300 per person at the entrance

• ​By registering and pressing Submit below you accept all the Terms and Condition and waive liability and indemnify and hold harmless the owner/s and operator/s of Tsitsikamma on Sea (Pty) Ltd. and its associated businesses and trust/s against any claim arising from you attending the event.
• Poolside cabanas are not free. They can sleep a maximum 2 - 3 average sized people maximum. Without bedding they cost R995 from 3pm on Saturday the 31st of August 2024 until 12pm on the 1st of September 2024, and with bedding they cost R1250.

Accommodation:

• The East, Master and Ocean Suites can sleep 4 guests maximum. All extras pay R500 per person.
• The Grand Suite for the night of the event will be R6,000 for two and R1,000 per extra guests.
• No partying in the rooms/suites.
• Only paying lodge guests will be allowed in the lodge
