The Cape Riviera Club is a lifestyle event club, hosted primarily at this exotic ocean-front resort. Private groups are welcome to make it a venue too, but bear in mind that the whole resort would have to be booked as the resort is also a family destination. Members attend events and can book accommodation at considerable discounts. ​Note: We do not tolerate rudeness or racism.  ​

The Club is managed by a committee whose members  have lived the lifestyle for quite some time, some for decades. 

Our History
The Club has only just started arranging and hosting events as a club. Prior events were sponsored by private couples.

I wish to participate in the activities described below on the premises of Bermuda Asset Management Trust and Tsitsikamma on Sea (Pty) Ltd., Robbehoek Road, Witelsbos, Eastern Cape (hereinafter “you/your).

Since I wish to participate in activities on your premises and want to protect you against any hardship, liability, claim, suit, action and the like or loss or damage to you and yours, that may result from my being on your premises and participating in these activities, as a condition of you allowing me onto your premises to participate in the activities, I agree as follows:
  1. Activities may include but are not limited to swinger' parties, nudity, games, hiking, swimming, eating, drinking, dancing, fishing, hiking and horse riding.
  2. I represents and warrant that I am competent and physically able to engage in these activities and that there are no conditions, medical or otherwise, that would effect my ability to engage in these activities safely.
  3. I agree to indemnify and hold you, your respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, contractors and successors and assigns harmless against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which may result from my being on your premises a/or  participating in these activities.
  4. The Indemnity shall continue until any and all claims that can be made against you had prescribed.
  5. In the event of a claim by me against you or yours resulting in legal action, I will pay your legal costs and expenses litigating the claim.
  6. I offer this indemnity as legally binding in South Africa and it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and local courts of competence jurisdiction; and submit myself to their jurisdiction
