IMPORTANT NOTICE

Right of Admission reserved

We reserve the right of admission and remainder. If you become a nuisance to our other visitors and refuse to comply with requests to respect the quiet enjoyment and safety of our other visitors, we may ask you to move your camp or caravan elsewhere or leave the premises completely.

Fire Rules

No open air fires are allowed and when you retire at night all fires have to be doused completely, whether you camp or caravan.
Bring your own portable braai!  There is still a lot of dead wood in the forest and you can chop you own if you wish, else firewood can be purchased on site. If you make any unsafe fire, we may summarily ask you to leave with only a partial refund.

  VIP camping area
  • Our VIP camping is adjacent to the lodge and with 50 meters of the bathrooms and pools. There are 10 spots of 6 x 6 meters scattered in the woods. It is not perfectly level, so we have picks and shovels available so you can level uneven surfaces yourself.

R500 per night per tent or tent-like structure plus day visitor fee

 Camp in the open
  • In the open camping area there are no specific designated spots and you can choose and make your own.  It is also not perfectly level, so we have picks and shovels available so you can level uneven surfaces yourself.

Camp in the woods
In the woods, a dense tall black wood forest, there are some cleared areas but few designated spots and you can create your own. First come first serve.  For that purpose we make available pick, shovels and pruning shears so you can clear your own.
